Utility Service Program

Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) offers residential utility service line warranties to homeowners across the U.S.  It is also the official provider for the National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program.  The NLC Service Line Warranty Program is administered by SLWA parent, Utility Service Partners, Inc., and is an important educational tool for informing homeowners of their service line responsibilities. The program is an affordable home protection solution for residents to help them deal with the financial burden of unanticipated service line repair and replacement costs. Under the NLC program, homeowners in participating cities and towns are eligible to purchase repair plans, which provide repairs for broken or leaking outside water and sewer lines.
