Greenville Industrial Parks
Greenville offers businesses two wonderful business park settings to locate or relocate their warehouse/distribution, office and manufacturing businesses.
We invite you to come to Greenville to take a closer look at the Alan E. Gaffner Industrial Park and the John W. Kelsey Business and Technology Park.
The Alan E. Gaffner Industrial Park is fully improved with 175 acres. The John W. Kelsey Business and Technology Park includes 485 acres and is designated as a CSX Select Site as well as a BNSF Certified Site.
The parks are served by two class one railroads (CSXT and Burlington Northern Santa Fe) with overhead trackage rights with NS and with connection provided by the Illinois Western Shortline Railroad. They are located within one mile of Interstate 70. Both parks are located in an Enterprise Zone and an Industrial Park Conservation Tax Increment Finance District.
