Water rates outside of the City of Greenville are double the above rates.

City sewer service is not available outside city limits.

Large industrial water users may negotiate a water and sewer rate contract or incentive.

Both water and sewer charges are calculated by usage shown by
the monthly water meter readings.

Within the city limits, the above charges shall be paid together with the city's cost of the meter, parts, materials, piping and street boring(s) where applicable. The sewer tap charges shall be based on the size of the water connection. Tap on fee charges outside the city limits are double to the above listed rates, excepting that parts, meters and materials shall be charged at cost. Water meters, once installed, are the exclusive property of the city. Waivers of taps on fees may or may not be introduced as incentives.
