| Greenville Industrial Park Greenville offers businesses three wonderful business park settings to locate or relocate their warehouse/distribution, office and manufacturing businesses. We invite you to come to Greenville to take a closer look at the Howard M. Wolf Business Park and the John W. Kelsey Business and Technology Park.The Wolf Business Park is fully improved with 175 acres. The Kelsey Business Park includes 537.4 acres with all preliminary work completed. An additional 188 acres are also optioned for a combined total of 900 acres. The parks are served by two class one railroads (CSXT and Burlington Northern Santa Fe) with overhead trackage rights with NS and with connection provided by the Illinois Western Shortline Railroad. They are located within one mile of Interstate 70. Both parks are located in an Enterprise Zone and an Industrial Park Conservation Tax Increment Finance District.

Greenville Municipal Airport Development Greenville Municipal Airport is in an ideal position to become one of the premier general aviation airports in South-Central Illinois. A planned expansion effort currently in progress will provide facilities for improved airport operations. In addition, more than ninety acres of airport property are available for development of aviation-related business and industry. Greenville Airport Authority invites potential users to take advantage of Greenville Municipal Airport's opportunities for aircraft basing or for firms seeking to establish airport-related operations.
Location The airport is three miles south of Interstate 70 and is accessible via Illinois Route 127.
Development Sites Available property consists of a site approximately 33 acres in size at the northeast corner of the Airport, a middle parcel of about 20 acres and a parcel of approximately 44 acres at the southeast corner of the airport. The sites are adjacent to Illinois Route 127 and can be subdivided. Electric service, provided by Southwestern Electric Cooperative, consists of a 3-phase line. Gas service is within two miles and may be extended to each site. Water and sewer service are not presently available.
